Eric Garcia will join Barcelona on July 1; defender's Manchester City contract expires at the end of June; Barcelona saw a £15.4m bid rejected on Deadline Day last October; 20-year-old's Barcelona contract to run until 2026 with a 400m euro buyout clause.
The 20-year-old will sign a contract until the end of the 2025/26 season and with a buy-out clause set at 400m euros (£344m).
Garcia was officially unveiled on Tuesday in a behind closed doors presentation due to the ongoing coronavirus restrictions.
